Bar Chart missing Data Label

When rendering a report programatically, the Bar Chart that is displayed is
missing the Data Label for the last bar in the chart.
If I change the chart type to Pie or Column, the label shows fine.
This problem does not occur in the initial install, but does occur with SP 1
and SP 2.
Is it a bug or am I just doing something wrong?
